Ingredients
Makes 4 dozen mini cupcakes
- Buttermilk-Vanilla Cupcakes
- 4 pints ice cream and gelato, slightly softened
Directions
- Using a 1 1/2-inch ice cream scoop, press a scoop of ice cream or gelato on top of 1 cupcake. Repeat with remaining cupcakes and ice cream or gelato.

This is one of my favorite yummy meals .
Prep: 15 minutes
Total: 1 hour 40 minutes
Serves 8
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 3 pounds waxy potatoes (such as Yukon gold or new), scrubbed and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1/3 cup white-wine vinegar
- 4 scallions, white part minced, green part thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup light mayonnaise
Directions
- Set a steamer basket in a Dutch oven (or large pot with a lid), and add enough salted water to come just below basket; bring to a boil.
- Place potatoes in basket, cover pot, and reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Steam potatoes, gently tossing occasionally, until tender, 15 to 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine vinegar, scallion whites, 1 teaspoon coarse salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Add hot potatoes to vinegar mixture; toss to combine. Cool to room temperature, tossing occasionally, about 1 hour.
- Add mayonnaise and scallion greens to cooled potatoes; mix gently to combine. Serve, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.

 A trendy interior design is a design that is current and in touch with the “here and now”. Here’s Karim Rashid/’s interior design of his own loft which used to be a horse stable and a plumbing supply company. The entire apartment looks like something that jumped out of a painting.Karim Rashid is an exceptional interior designer and his vision for his own apartment is something that is artistic and dynamic. The photo above shows a large part of the living room with custom-made furniture that are unique and visually engaging. Each space is a sitting area, giving you the impression that the space was designed with the idea to accommodate a lot of company.  The photo above shows a part of the living room which features interesting seating options. The trendy interiors of this apartment feature furniture and decorative pieces that are interestingly different but somehow work well when thrown together.  The funky décor and furniture not just serve as things that add character to the trendy interiors of the apartment but they also look quite comfortable and functional.  The photo above shows the kitchen space. You’ll notice that the wallpaper is different from those in the living room area. The pattern is also quite unique and visually engaging; you may just end up staring at them all day.   The photo on the left shows a work table which looks like a wavy shell. In keeping with the entire apartment’s look and feel, the workspace design doesn’t settle with a conventional-looking table. The photo on the right is a shot of the bedroom, which is no less artistic and trendy as the entire apartment. There's truly not a dull moment when examining this trendy interior design. History :
The Neuschwanstein is one of the most popular of all the palaces and castles in Europe. "the castle of the fairy-tale king".
Neuschwanstein Castle, royal palace in the Bavarian Alps of Germany, the most famous of three royal palaces built for Louis II of Bavaria, sometimes referred to as Mad King Ludwig, who grew up nearby at Hohenschwangau Castle. Begun in 1869 and left unfinished at Louis's death in 1886, the castle is the embodiment of 19th century romanticism. In a fantastical imitation of a medieval castle, Neuschwanstein is set with towers and spires and is spectacularly sited on a high point over the Pöllat River gorge. The king worked with three different architects in succession: Eduard Riedel, Georg Dollmann, and Julius Hofmann, all Germans who based their designs largely on a scheme produced by German stage designer Christoph Jank.
King Louis was a patron of the German composer Richard Wagner, and the third-floor rooms reflect Louis's love of the legends used by Wagner in his operas: for Tannhäuser, a winter garden and stalactite grotto; for Lohengrin, the great chamber; and the unfinished Byzantine throne room, its vaulted ceiling supported by inlaid stone columns and decorated with stars. The Singers Hall on the fourth floor, with a coffered ceiling, is dedicated to the life of Parsifal, hero of another famous Wagner opera. The palace is now a popular tourist attraction.
It has 65 rooms and only 16 are finished. Louis II lived there for only 172 days. 6 weeks after his death, castle was turned, by Bavarian gvt. into tourists attraction.
Neuschwanstein Castle has - as the only candidate from Germany - the chance to belong to the "New 7 Wonders of the World". Together with the Statue of Liberty, the Kremlin, the Acropolis, the Colosseum and the Great Wall of China the world famous castle is among the 21 finalists of the vote ititiated by the New7Wonders Foundation.
